Getting Started:

<li>Download the app and register with your company email.</li>
<li>For Residential Fleet Users: Liaise with your facility manager or contact support.</li>
<li>Add a payment method.</li>
<li>Select your preferred mode of transport and start using the service.</li>
<li>Require aid? Our dedicated 24/7 customer support is available to assist you.</li>
</ol>

If your company does not have a UC fleet yet, reach out to us at sales@urban-connect.ch to form a connection.

What You Can Do With UC:

<li>Choose your environmentally-friendly ride, ranging from E-Bikes and Cargo Bikes to Scooters, E-Cars, or public transport (powered by SBB).</li>
<li>Reserve a vehicle for your specific needs.</li>
<li>Utilize the fleet for daily errands, weekend leisure, as well as business meetings and client visits.</li>
<li>If enabled, use your company's Mobility Budget as a payment method for your travel expenses.</li>
</ul>

<li>Tailored Pricing: Take advantage of competitive rates on private rides and premium E-Cars subsidized by your company. With "Business Rides" enabled, expenses are charged directly to your company.</li>
<li>Location at Company Offices: Specify your location to view available vehicles for reservation.</li>
<li>Keyless Locking System: Easily lock and unlock vehicles through the app without the need for a physical key; simply pull down the lock handle for E-Bikes.</li>
<li>Bluetooth Connectivity: The app links to the smart lock via Bluetooth technology; ensure Bluetooth and internet connectivity are active while using the app.</li>
