1. Download the app and register with your company email.
2. For Residential Fleet Users: Liaise with your facility manager or contact support.
3. Add a payment method.
4. Select your preferred mode of transport and start using the service.
5. Require aid? Our dedicated 24/7 customer support is available to assist you.

What You Can Do With UC:

• Choose your environmentally-friendly ride, ranging from E-Bikes and Cargo Bikes to Scooters, E-Cars, or public transport (powered by SBB).
• Reserve a vehicle for your specific needs.
• Utilize the fleet for daily errands, weekend leisure, as well as business meetings and client visits.
• If enabled, use your company's Mobility Budget as a payment method for your travel expenses.
